Laser Camshaft Installation & Timing Tool Set – for Volvo, Ford
The 7127 is an engine timing and cylinder head rebuild kit for the popular Volvo 2.5/Ford 2.5 ST petrol engines. It contains the tools required to align the crankshaft, camshafts, the tools required to hold the camshafts in the top half of the cylinder head and the press tools required to press the cam carrier with cams in to the head making re-assembly much easier and faster.
- For cam replacements and head rebuilds on Volvo and Ford 2.5 ST engines. Contains all the tools to make cylinder head rebuild easier and faster.
- Equivalent to Volvo OEM 999 5454, 999 5452, 999 5453, 999 5451 and Ford OEM 303-1178, 303-1182.
- Fitted to Volvo 850, S70, V70, XC70, V70. 960, S90, S60, S80, C30. V40, S40, V50.
- For Volvo B4204, B5254, B6304 and Ford Duratec 2.5 ST engines.
- For Tappet setting prior to reassembly use Laser 6827 & for crankshaft damper holding use Laser 5197.
